Vikki Payne, a 20-year transplant, along with another fierce female lifelong Portlander, founded The Portland Party PAC in 2021. Vikki has since grown the organization’s membership and mission and morphed it into the Future Portland Action Fund 501(c)(4) to help further spread civic education, electoral information, and fight for good governance at the city and county.
